Childrens Group Classes (6-12yrs) - Monday, Wednesday and Friday
5.00pm - 6.00pm
Junior Advanced / Fighters Only (11-15yrs) - Saturday 9.00am - 10.00am
Adults Group Classes - Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6.30pm - 7.30pm,
7.30pm - 8.30pm
Basic Techniques Adults - Tuesday 6.30pm - 7.30pm, Saturday 10.00am - 11.00am
Muay Boran / Demonstration - Saturday 11.30am - 1.00pm
Advanced / Fighters Only Tuesday - 7.30pm - 8.30pm, Saturday 1.30pm to 2.30pm

Class Descriptions
Group Classes
His classes are structured in such a manner that are challenging and educational, and combine fitness and circuit training in with full Muay Thai techniques. These classes are suitable for both beginners and advanced students. Regular training improves flexibility, fitness, self defence and fighting techniques.

Basic Techniques
These classes offer a lot more detail and instruction to perfect the fundamental moves and techniques used in all the other classes.

Advanced / Fighters Only
The pace of this class is faster and much more physically demanding. Permission to attend this class is required off Kru Matt Thomas

Private Lessons
One on one lessons are available upon request. The sessions last for a hour and the pricing is as follows:

Kru Matt Thomas has been training under Master Sken for the past 15 years and teaching at Master Sken's Headquarters for the past 5 years. He also runs Southport Thai Boxing Academy.
